About me:
I'm a certified Senior DevOps Engineer with years of experience in complex tasks such as production database migrations, rolling out new kubernetes environments and clusters, redesigning and rebuilding CI/CD systems, creating from scratch incident management and monitoring solutions, maintaining huge IaC scripts and other. I'm stress-resistant, calm minded, very attentive to details, fast-learner. I'm using my critical thinking and technical skills to prevent issues before customers face them. I'm a permanent solution person and always think about the side effects of my work. I'm a perfectionist so I won't stop before it gets perfect (means never). In my spare time I'm usually travelling, cycling and playing volleyball.

378 regular hours of theoretical and practical workshops as part-time/extramural studies of Java/OOP, HTML/CSS, SQL/noSQL, Software testing, Spring, Scrum, Hibernate, JDBC and other. With trainers assistance (senior developers) we've developed such different projects as Battle simulation game, Supermarket checkout system, Social media website and other.
During my spare time I'm constantly learning online. My passionate courses are mainly: DevOps toolchain, Java, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS, Linux administration, Bash/Shell scripting, Oracle DBA, SEO and other.
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management in local Estonian university. We have been studying physical/virtual business, office work management, money and banking, logistics, marketing, economics, informatics and more.

I'm responsible for entire infrastructure and DevOps department establishment - coordinating several engineers together, integrating newcomers, setting up all new processes, proactively pushing DevOps Best Practices (automation, observability, CI/CD, GitOps), strategic infrastructure improvements, working with PCI-DSS certified systems, huge database migrations, cluster upgrades, monitoring system refactoring and other.
I am a member of an agile software development team. My primary focus is create, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, environments and tools, 3rd line support (help first and second with technical questions and investigations), monitor the production and non-production environments to identify bottlenecks and proactive solutions for improvements, automate business processes. I'm in contact with third-party providers in order to solve problems also reporting bugs and improvements to product owner and development team. I participate in sprint planning, task estimation, testing, bug reporting, deploying software, improving the development and release process together with the development team.
I provide 2nd line expertise and technical support for enterprise IT applications. It's required to know Linux, Java, SQL, Oracle DB, Logs, basics of logistics and more to perform my daily tasks. I also attend internal Java school provided by employer. B2B support mainly.
My main duties are to offer IT support services to Lithuanian/English speaking customers, solve IT specific issues, administrate and complement databases, detect and report bugs, participate in different key projects and management meetings, train newhires, maintain knowledge base and other. B2B and B2C support.
I handle Microsoft product installation and licensing issues, user administration requests over the phone, email and chat for Lithuanian/Russian end-users. B2C support mainly.
As on-site IT specialist I was responsible for servers/workstations/printers set-up and accessibility (uptime), software and hardware maintenance service, monitoring and fixing production issues. B2B support.
I owned quite big gaming project which was hosted on 20+ virtual Linux servers and had different game selection like Counter-Strike, GTA, Minecraft, other. I was responsible for AMXX plug-in development/modification, php/html/css/ipboard website development, mySQL database, different monitoring and marketing solutions, automated shell scripts, 100+ staff members.
